Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is required to successfully complete all courses. Students are expected to arrive on time and remain for the full duration of each class or driving session.

Late arrivals may result in missed instruction time and may require rescheduling.
Excessive tardiness or absences may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
All required hours must be completed before a certificate of completion is issued.

Refund Policy

At Let’s Drive Driving Academy, we are committed to providing quality driver education services. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling:

Course Fees
All course fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, including attendance in any class session or behind-the-wheel instruction.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Students must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule a class or driving session.
Failure to provide proper notice may result in a forfeited session without refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)
Students who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and may forfeit that session without refund.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as duplicate payments, administrative errors or verified emergencies (at management’s discretion). Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee.

Processing Time
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

General Policies

All students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent form on file.
Students are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
Let’s Drive Driving Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to follow policies or creates an unsafe environment.

Licensing Disclaimer

Let’s Drive Driving Academy MS (LD Driving Academy MS) provides driver education and training services only. Completion of any course or program does not guarantee that a student will pass the written or road test, nor does it grant a driver’s license.

All students are responsible for successfully passing the required examinations administered by the appropriate state agency in order to obtain a valid driver’s license.
