Let’s Drive Driving Academy (LD Driving Academy) was founded by two retired Mississippi Highway Patrol officers who bring years of real-world experience, discipline and dedication to driver safety. Their background in law enforcement provides students with valuable insight into traffic laws, safe driving practices and the importance of responsible decision-making while on the road.
Mr. Gerald Cooper served 30 years with the Mississippi Highway Patrol, where he rose to the rank of Captain and served as Troop Commander for Troop E in Batesville, MS. He also honorably served four years in the United States Marine Corps and participated in Operation Desert Storm. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in traffic accident investigation and roadway safety.
Mr. Tony Davis served the state of Mississippi for more than 25 years as a State Trooper with the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
